Delete your Everhex data
Everhex by Klara Code · Last updated 18 September 2026
Everhex has no accounts. The only thing that ties a record on our server to you is the install identifier — a random number the app generates the first time it runs. This page explains how to have those records deleted, and what happens to everything else.
What you can delete yourself
Your save file. Uninstalling Everhex, or clearing its data in your device settings, removes your game progress and everything in it from your device.
Advertising data. Ads in Everhex are served by Google AdMob and its partners (Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network, AppLovin, Pangle). Reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Apple Advertising). Data those networks already hold is managed through their own account controls, not by us.
How to ask us to delete your server records
- Open Everhex and go to Settings. At the bottom is a row named Install ID with a copy button.
- Email support@klaracode.dev with the subject Everhex data deletion and paste the Install ID.
- If you used Back Up in Settings and want that copy removed, include the recovery key the game showed you. Without the key we cannot find the backup, because it is stored under the key, not under your Install ID.
We delete the records within 30 days and reply to confirm. If you have already uninstalled the app and no longer have the Install ID, tell us the approximate install date and your country; we will delete what we can match and tell you what we could not.
What is deleted
- Launch records (install identifier, app version, platform, days since install, run count).
- Performance records (launch time, frame rate, memory use, ad timings, device model and OS version).
- Leaderboard entry (display name and best wave), if you joined it.
- Redeem-code records for that install.
- Your Back Up copy, when you send the recovery key.
Launch and performance records are in any case deleted automatically twelve months after they are recorded.
What is kept, and why
- Purchase records (item, price, currency, purchase token, install identifier, date) are kept for as long as accounting, tax and refund-dispute rules require — typically seven years in Australia — and are then deleted. They are held by Google Play or Apple as the merchant of record as well.
- A Play Games or iCloud backup is held in your Google or Apple account, not by us; delete it through that account.
- Aggregate statistics that contain no identifier (for example, daily install counts) are not personal data and are kept.
