Everhex Privacy Policy
Last updated 24 August 2026
Everhex does not require an account and we operate no servers of our own. Your game progress stays on your device. The app does show advertising and offer optional purchases, and those are handled by Google, which collects some information in order to provide them. This policy explains exactly what that means.
Who this policy is from
This game is published by KATALENA ENTERPRISES PTY LTD, trading as Klara Code. If you have questions about this policy, contact support@klaracode.dev.
Information we collect ourselves
None. We have no servers and no accounts. We never receive your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts or photos, and we cannot identify you.
Advertising
The game shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. To serve and measure them, AdMob collects information from your device, which may include your advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from it, device model and operating system, and how you interacted with an ad.
This is collected by Google under Google's own privacy policy, not by us. We receive only aggregate reporting, such as how many ads were shown, and cannot identify individual users from it.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Android Settings, under Privacy or Ads. If you are in a region covered by GDPR or similar laws, the app asks for your consent before serving personalised ads, and you can change that choice at any time from the app.
Buying the "Remove Ads" upgrade stops all interstitial advertising.
Purchases
Optional in-app purchases are processed by Google Play. Google handles the payment and shares with us only whether a purchase succeeded and which item it was. We never see your card details, billing address or any other payment information.
Update checks
On launch the app fetches a small file that says which version is current. It sends no information about you or your device — it only reads a number and compares it with the installed version. If your version is out of date you are asked to update before playing.
Information stored on your device
The game saves your progress locally so you can continue where you left off. This save file is never sent anywhere.
It contains only game state: your coins, gems and highest wave reached, your permanent workshop upgrade levels, your Constellation allocation, which weapons you own and how they are equipped, your selected difficulty tier, and two timestamps used to calculate offline earnings and the free-gems cooldown.
It contains nothing that identifies you.
Permissions
The app uses internet access, which is required to load ads and to process purchases. It does not use the camera, microphone, precise location, contacts, or storage outside its own private directory.
Children
This game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the advertising described above, contact us at support@klaracode.dev and we will work with Google to have it removed.
Google Play
You obtained this app through Google Play. Google collects certain information in connection with distributing, installing and updating apps, independently of us and under its own privacy policy. We receive only the aggregate, anonymous statistics that Google Play shows every developer, such as total install counts and crash reports. We cannot identify individual users from these.
Deleting your data
Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data from Android Settings, permanently deletes your save file and everything in it. We hold nothing about you on any server of ours, so there is nothing for us to delete and no request to us is needed.
For the advertising data described above, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings, and manage or delete data held by Google through your Google Account privacy controls.
Changes to this policy
If a future version adds any feature that collects or transmits data, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the change will be described here. The date at the top of this document shows when it was last revised.
