These terms cover this website. They do not cover our apps — each app has its own terms, and those are the ones that govern your account and your content there.

Using this site

You may read, link to and quote these pages freely. You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other people, or present its contents as your own work.

What we own

The Klara Code name, the studio mark, our app names and their artwork are ours. Nothing here grants you a licence to use them. If you are writing about us and want the mark, ask — we will send you the files.

Accuracy

We keep this site current, but it describes work in progress. Availability, platforms and release timing can change without notice, and nothing here is a promise that a product will ship or keep a particular feature.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, we limit it to re-supplying the information on this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
